General Instructions
For Parents/Guardians
For proper interaction between Parents and Teacher and for the desired results in education of the children, the School organizes Parents Teachers meetings, every term. All parents are requested to attend the meetings.
Maximum co-operation between the guardians and the school is essential for securing the desired results in the education imparted to the children. This can be attained by following the guidelines and by observing the rules and regulations of the school.
The students should conduct themselves so as to promote self discipline leading to decent and orderly behavior to maintain a high moral tone in the institution and to build up traditions that all Public School cherish. Observance of rules of discipline and good behavior shall be a pre-condition to student’s continuance in the School. In the event of serious breach of discipline by a student if the Principle is convinced that the continuance of the student in the School is likely to be sentimental to the general discipline of the School he may expel him/her or recommend his/her transfer.
Application for Transfer Certificate (T.C.) should be submitted at least one week before withdrawal of the student form the School.
Kindly look into the rules & regulation to be observed:
A progress report of the child is issued separately and is sent to the guardians periodically to enable them to know the progress of their wards. They are requested to sign and return it.
There shall be unit test in every subject. On completion of each unit, one cumulative examination and one final exam at the end of the session. Promotion to the next class shall depend upon the result to the child’s yearly performance. Therefore the students must appear in all these tests and examinations. Leave may be granted only if the application is supported by a medical certificate.
It is the duty of the guardian to see daily that his ward has done the home work given to him/her and that he/she brings the books and the notebooks to the School as per his/her time table. They are further requested to note and sign the instruction issued by the teachers from time to time and ensure their compliance by the child.
Guardians will see that their children come in proper school uniform.
Parents/Guardians/visitors are not allowed to walk into the classrooms or meet teachers during their teaching periods. They should see the Principle during the visiting hours. Meeting with a teacher can be arranged by the principle.
Avoid absence of your ward form the class for mere social functions, for it retards student’s progress.
Any special tendency noted in the child should be brought to the notice of the school authorities at the earliest.
By taking proper interest in the progress of their children, parents are expected to co-operate with the School by enforcing regularity in attendance, work and discipline.
Private Tuition is strictly prohibited in the School. Parents are requested to help the School to do away with this evil.
